It was announced Sunday, 29th October 2022, that Terry Ratcliffe, founder and chairman of The Ratcliffe Groves Partnership, has passed away. Terry was a much-loved, dear friend of many

of the Construction Development Alliance members, he has left a legacy of hard work and professionalism.

The Construction Development Alliance would like to express our deepest condolences. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those mourning the loss of this remarkable man.

Terry was held in very high regard within the construction industry and Architectural Profession whilst being one of the initial founders of the Red Rose Cross Country League and the first President, & founder of YMCA Europe.
